Using one Joomla then just make several directories and database per web site. Then my plan is to host it on Web hosting companies cause i dont have the capability of host...

i am having question. can i do create more than 1 website using joomla in one PC then after creating the web site.
host it all in a Web hosting company?

or do i need to have a one isto one ratio , one PC per Website ?
