Understandably I know you can't do much without funding. But why create a site that is lenient on it? I'd prefer no Paypal at all, but if it's needed then keep it as-is. Just a few things;

1) No banner / image ?
2) Hide the administrator button... that's not something for everyone to use!
3) Paypal need's to go!
