If it was my forum I would investigate, understand the issue, and maybe ask MS to release an update for Vista. I would want my forum to continue working as more of my users migrated to Vista. But then that's just me.

mmm that's very strange it consitently fails for me - you did try the search from the forums index page didn't you?
BTW I use IE7 - maybe it's a browser issue, I'll try another and post back.

hey thanks for the sarcasm. As I may not have explained adequately, if a search results in multiple pages of results, the links to page 2 etc result in error 404 pages. I can replicate the problem consistently by dioing a search from the forum home page m - try a search on rc2, then click page 2 of ...
