I just downloaded the 1.0.8 to 1.0.10 zip patch It seems to have a large number of files including the Solar Flair II CSS sheet (the original of which I modified and am currently using), the template and a couple of others I thought wouldn't need to be updated... Is this correct? Can someone please...

Can anyone take 5 minutes and put down 5 lines of high level best practise for a Joomla/SMF integration please? eg - possibly something like.... 1) Download SMF 2) Install on Server in same directory as Joomla 3) Install integration program 4) Integrate DB etc etc or whatever it actually is!!
