You need to tell it where is the movie file at

You need to create a file called "files" under Joomla dir, and give it 777 permission for it to save the swf files, to edit the mosce configuration you need to give mosce.config.php 777 permission, once you are done then set it back to 644. A very nice tool is com_mamboxplorer 1.2.1. It's very handy...
