Please whatever you do, please  do not go to a torrent system, some of us have ISPs who are intolerant on in torrent. Yeah they actually pipe it Down , as in "Can you say 24k modem on a good day?!" What I would suggest (if budget allows) either cluster servers (one fails, the next rolls in), or...
