Re: English National Ballet
The XML declaration is in the wrong place... It should be at the very beginning of the template's index.php file. Better still, you should delete it as it makes IE go into quirks mode. The DOCTYPE says XHTML strict but you use code like: <td colspan=4 ALIGN=CENTER> ...spotted at the footer area. Ove...

Published extension illegally uses identical descriptions to Frontpage Slideshow
m This listing has illegally used identical description to our " Frontpage Slideshow ", which was released in JED in January 2007. Their website is even worse: m ...No other website will ever share the same looks as yours! The " Frontpage SlideShow " Component/Module combo retails for 22 Euros. You ...

Re: Should "cannibalism" among developers be permitted?
@opware2000 Apology accepted Nicolas (no head was taken!). Just for the record, I did not request for the plugin to be removed, just the description be re-written. If you wanna re-publish it that's fine by me, as long as there are no "obvious" references / comparisons to other people's work. @ot2sen...

Re: Should "cannibalism" among developers be permitted?
Fotis, I am sure a mail to Nicolas would have solved this as easily, more so as it is non-intentional? I did actually... It was the first thing to do, but fortunately ot2sen was more responsive, even though I posted later here on the forum, having gotten no response from Nicolas. Either way, "canni...

Re: Should "cannibalism" among developers be permitted?
Asking the developer to remove his reference would also be a good starting point for the Extensions Team.
Cause these 2 products both launched with less than 24 hours difference (JoomlaWorks' product came first), STILL mainting this reference causes potential losses for us.

Should "cannibalism" among developers be permitted?
m Second line: "...Free alternative to SIG PRO..." I wouldn't call this "fair play" exactly. It is totally irrelevant to the description of this extension and all it does is hurt a hard-working dev team, behind the original idea, which BTW offers BOTH a free and commercial version. The Joomla! Exten...

Re: Reviews not posted by date order!
Hi fotisevangelou, Its not a bug - but a new feature With the last update of the Extensions Directory the users was given an option to "vote" if a review was helpful or not. Helpful reviews now will be listed on top of other reviews, and then the following reviews are sorted by publish date. ...

[SOLVED] Reviews not posted by date order?
Hello there!
If you check out:
http://extensions.joomla.org/component/ ... Itemid,35/
you will notice that the reviews are not posted by date order, when in the past they actually did!
I'm just reporting this, in case it's some unnoticed bug or in case someone could explain why this happens.
Thanks!

Link on Joomla! Extensions left menu points to wrong page
Hello, I just wanted to let you know that there seems to be a wrong link on the left menu of the Extensions frontpage, the "Top Rated Extensions" in particular. You see, the list of extensions in the upper right box (title: Top Rated), on the Extensions frontpage, is different to the one that appear...

This issue has been taken care of already.
Bai has agreed to help the project and join our team.
So we are all fine now. No double versions are gonna be published anymore.
It was a misunderstanding and now everything is OK...

m This is lame, a total rip-off... No-one gave mr. baijianpeng permission to "upgrade" to version 1.0.2??? Mr. baijianpeng says he added one provider and all of a sudden he became the developer of the module??? And he has not even upgraded the plugin, he simply added a provider, for which he could h...
