Another person using Mambo was having the frame breakout problem.  From what they implied the issue is gone when using PHP5.

Nope Richard Hark it did not help...it does not solve the issue at hand......I have tried to solve it directly even before you said with the statements as provided, and with all the other proposed stuff... no go ....Having said so with all respect and love for the help.....I think you have an issue...
