I don't thing that "Open Source Matters" is a good slogan because then you get: Joomla! - Open Source Matters developed by OpenSourceMatters. - or - OpenSourceMatters.com presents Joomla! - Because Open Source Matters. Cool name.  The CMS should stand out from the crowd with a name like Joomla!  Like the meaning too - as has already been mentioned - in a similar sort of spirit to Ubuntu.
