I found Arthur Konze's components are very helpful, and filled with many comments.  Check out Akolegal, or AkoBook, AkoStaff from http://www.mamboportal.com

A 'none of the above' choice would have been nice, because 'no choice'  is a choice too. When I run surveys/focus groups...it is rather telling to find out that you may be marching away from your clients with your selections....isn't that the mistake *iro made? Folks are going to start calling ...
