I made a blunder by having a comment about the mod in the xml file.

I tried doing this hack on a Joomla 1.012 installation and am receiving the following error when I go to a menu item that is a List Section and try to load it to turn on the parameters. Also happens if I try to create a new menu item that is a List section. The page that loads has no css style to it...
