I am not personally from the higher ed, but I have three clients from the educational sector. Yes, they would de...

Great work, as usual.

I've installed AkoComment Plus. Thankfully, no glitches, and didn't find it too complicated. (Look ma, no more spam!)

But argh, you made me itch for Jom Comment ...

A lot, actually. Just speechless :) I've heard good things about the program, and I'm glad Joomla is participating in the Summer of Code. I wonder how many "students" they'll take in?

I would like to congratulate whoever was in charge of the copy and the layout. Such a lovely PDF document. (And that's coming from someone who is known for her extreme obsessive compulsiveness on user manuals)

Re: A truly Stupid Question

Hi Boomzilla, I'm so sorry I didn't make myself clear. The Forge links are okay as it is (more than okay, actually :) ). I was referring to the main menu on the Joomla site http://www.joomla.org

It's what you get when your computer breaks down  :D

Thanks! I'm glad to hear it works on Joomla 1.0. Now one more component to check, MosCE! Argh, I'm getting too dependent on these nice add-ons.

Regular text and links both blue and have text decoration set to none

Just a small suggestion (hopefully you'll find this a valid one): In w, I would usually hover at the blue text, just to check which are actually links or not. If the same color would be applied to regular text and links, it might be best if the links have a text decoration of underline, just to easi...

I noticed Display News is not included in the list of projects. I hope it doesn't mean that it won't work on Joomla 1.0  :( Already using it quite heavily on my deployments.

"Mark as Read" to specific boards not working

1. I click a board, and select mark as read
2. Then I go to Recent Unread Topics, and I still see the posts in the boards that I "marked"

Just me?

i want to suggest if any thread regarding technical question is solved, the topic creator must modify the first thread title and put [RESOLVED] at the end of the thread subject title. You're a mind reader. I was just thinking of the same thing. Okay, will change the subjects that I personally start...
