Re: Separate Extensions by 1.0 and 1.5
I posted this what seems like a long time ago now. I know it shows up as Feb. 8 due to migration. So I thought I would add another suggestion in the meantime that would help a bit. Somewhere on the intro of extensions, could you please add that they are 1.0 or 1.5? If, for example, I look at vertica...

Re: Will Someone help me read- i'm browsing joomla! forum!!!!!
Personally, I don't care how it looks. I've been with Joomla since birth, but I do question the functionality. Now, when I search, I only get topics and have no way of knowing if they are from 2005 or 2008. This ends up being very time consuming and therefore very frustrating and so far, not very pr...

Re: Now new registration for Extensions?
Weird, as I don't remember ever having to log in twice. I wanted to delete this post as I posed a question before I paid attention and have already resolved the issue. So sorry, disregard this post as I can't see how to delete it.

Now new registration for Extensions?
Just to confirm, I do now need a new registration for extensions as this new forum is not bridged? Could not find anything on extensions anywhere and am no longer logged in and says user name or password incorrect. So now, there will be two different registrations, one for forum and one for extensio...

Separate Extensions by 1.0 and 1.5
It would make life much easier if the extensions were separated by which Version they are compatible with. Yes, I know you can use advanced search and specify 1.5 compatibility, however, as I face the decision on which Version to use for new sites, it would save a lot of search time which I co...

New Ecuador Assembly (gov) using Joomla
I am in no way involved with this site, it's just that it was sort of exciting to see that the newly elected Ecuador Constituent Assembly is using Joomla for their official website. Elected in late September and getting underway this past month , the Assembly is enacting profound changes for t...

Suggestion: Separate Site Showcase into 1.0 and 1.5
I love the inspiration browing sites provides, however, it takes a long time to find 1.5 sites as it stands now. I would think separating the site showcase forum into the two versions could be quite helpful. Perhaps this could be true of the non-profit showcase as well.

Re: Joomla! Making Headway in Panama, Central America??? Advertisement???
The two sites are indeed commercial and agressive in marketing which is great news, however, if the announcement was of a community interest and not commercial interest, I built two Joomla sites in Panama, just under 2 years ago and the other 1.5 years ago that are definitely both non-profit, non-co...

Finally did put together a very simple site for Alcoholics Anonymous in The Republic of Panama. For now, all Spanish meetings are one document which makes for an ugly and slow load in, however, I don't have time to type up all Spanish meetings in the country...am waiting on a volunteer to chan...
