please understand. these rules only apply to council websites. troop websites are ungoverned unless your council puts out specific regulations. Technically, the unit committee governs the Troop's business, this includes websites and any coorespondence thereof.  The Troop Committee Chairperson ...

Can I suggest that we find out where all the master joomla folks who are willing to help ngo's first. Instead of organizing a conference in one spot we should think about organizing many regional 'hero's' to help out ngo's nearby. I like    r o c k e t t h e m e  templates a lot, and enjoy their forums, but those are paid. As with many template sites, and there are many good ones, the css and flexible modules right/left on/off is a nice bonus. Also there free ones that do a good job if you read in rockettheme'...

I'm currently running a site for my troop www.bsakytroop12.org, we're currently developing it live.

Has anyone developed any custom components for Boy Scouts or Cub Scouts?
