Re: SVN Error: 301 Moved Permanently
Ok, got it now. NEVER use http:/ www. joomlacode.org/svn/projectname Address has to be without www. if I had copied it out I would not have had that error message, so copy'n paste is good. if I had copied it out I would not have had that error message, so copy'n paste is bad. I have learned on...

Re: SVN Error: 301 Moved Permanently
Project is set to private yes. Browsing SVN with Forge works fine. Using an SVN-Client doesn't work, but it worked before and I haven't changed a thing. That's strange. Google searching says something like that: SVNParentPath must point to a folder on a file system containing repositories (with a fo...

SVN Error: 301 Moved Permanently
Hi, what has changed to SVN? I try to connect to SVN like this: svn checkout --username developername m like it's described on the SVN page of the project. That worked. Today I get this error message: svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/joomlagerman' svn: PROPFIND of '/svn/joomlagerman': 301 Moved...

Re: New Forge/Translation
That's ok. Just open a thread in german subforum. I will take a look there then. I've started to correct the translation. Translation of GForge is huge, so I will only change strings that are posted there, otherwise, I will need some years . This translation will be a proposal. I don't know if...

Editor Problems with Special Characters
Hi, I've edited the Homepage of my Project ( Joomla! German ). German language as you may know uses a lot of special Characters, Umlaute: ä ö ü etc. They are not shown correct in the Editor when the Homepage is loaded. They are shown as ? When I update the page all characters are shown as ? as well....

Re: Bug Tracker: fixed in version field
One thing is left unclear now.
An fix to an certain release has been
showed up under file releases.
Now using an custom field, how can I do that?
I've seen on the joomla! project that the count of fixes
etc. still works.

Bug Tracker: fixed in version field
Hi, I like to use the fixed in version field in the bug-tracker. But to use it I had to set up an release of File Releases with no files, so that I could select it from the bug-tracker. Thats not good because people think that there is an release but it's only for technical reason in real there are ...

Re: tortoise svn access problem (auth failed)
Hi,
have you read the How to connect to SCM? Thread? It's sticky.
I had problems too and opened that thread. I posted an small guide for SVN connection
with TortoiseSVN.
I'm using tortoisesvn with my project now and I'm very happy with it, all works fine.

Re: How to connect to SCM?
I tried this:
TortoiseSVN > Import
Address: http://scm.joomla.org/svn/repos/joomlagerman/
and inserted an comment: First import
All works fine, the files seem to add.
But then I get an error report:
TortoiseSVN > Import
Address: http://scm.joomla.org/svn/repos/joomlagerman/
and inserted an comment: First import
All works fine, the files seem to add.
But then I get an error report:

Re: Joomla! Forge Q&A
I'm not shure If I explained correctly what I want to achieve. So I try it again, because your answer about the rights didn't satisfy my needs at all and wasn't the answer to what I thought I ask you ( a bit confusing). Anyway... I've got one project. (and don't want to setup others, that would be c...
