Re: Youth Sports Sites

"cgarst" solved it by downloading the newest cb virtuemart plugin, I've attach it to this post.  (the plugin is installed in the CB plugin management section).

Re: Youth Sports Sites

Chuck, I wasn't able to get that to work (see below).  Any suggestions?  Thanks man, Nick Miletich For your second question, only way I can think of doing it easily would be to to make a copy of the report (and directory, etc. in jamboreport component) and modify it so that the VM fields a...

Re: Youth Sports Sites

Here's my suggestion: Set email activation required to "no" then configure in CB config page the first page the user sees after clicking "send registration" to the product page, thus making the workflow pretty smooth.  Also, provide multiple menu links (in user menu and main menu) so users can ...

Re: Youth Sports Sites

I'm not a 100% sure about CB subscriptions but if I were you I would definitely take a good look at it.  I think you have a great solution with your current setup (except for deleting users) so if it ain't broke then don't fix it!  Ok, I had to change the security in  ...html/...

Re: Youth Sports Sites

On the report I noticed that the names are only those that made a payment (check or paypal).  What about those people that do step 1, register but never do the 2nd step, paypal or mail in a check?  Am I missing something or is there a way to have all registered users pulled up on the repor...

Re: Youth Sports Sites

Chuck, I'm trying your method and so far so good, installed virtuemart, modified the reports, and now I just need to tweak virtuemart Products a little.  I think I will be able to get by with out clearing out registrants since it's only one sport and people usually stay on the same team.  ...

Re: Youth Sports Sites

To answer your question (I think): The fields get stored in CB as normal regardless of active/expired status.  I thought about using it also, but all I do is after the season is done, I go in and remove all the old accounts and save my excel reports if I ever need the data, Hmm, for me it's a b...

Re: Youth Sports Sites

I'm trying to do the same for my local soccer league w. (asheville, nc) My first attempt was to use a subscription program (AEC) and I'm somewhat satisfied with the results.  It would work if only I needed to keep track of who's paid/unpaid but 30 other people need to know as well (team captain...
