Thanks to David, Rey and Emir.
Rey, you were an inspiration well back beyond in the Mambo days, thanks for all you did. I've got a 4.5.0.-1.0.9 site still running some of your stuff.
Sheesh are we all getting old?

Re: Joomla! 1.5 Beta-2 — The Developers' and Designers' Revolution!
The original announcement might help in explaining why the Dev workgroup are using Beta2 and RC1. If you're desparate to get a 1.5 site up in Production you'd be better off waiting for RC1 and of course helping the process by testing Beta 2 now [url=http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/topic,1668...

I've been playing with it on and off all day.....have to earn a crust as well. Everything I see is great. I'm really excited about the templating possibilities - love the tutorial, thanks Compass, I'm shocked (and I shouldn't be) about how bare a vanilla install is. PLEASE don't take tha...

Re: New Joomla! logo found in Monster's logo base

Perhaps it would make a fitting logo for Mambo.
new tagline
"It's Joomla! but without its heads"
Er, that's not a serious suggestion btw

Re: New Logo
I can't draw........Just have to say I love so many of the ideas here. What a cool community the hand idea is the one that I'm most with at the moment. Has anyone tried a version that might have 3 hands - 3 different colours - interlocking. Could be made to be fun and still fit into a co...
