Thanks for the link, but that didn't work for me either. It just times out. I visisted http://jext.info/ and picked it from there. I assume that Jext can be trusted?

I came to Joomla for the first time tonight. I was keen to try it, having seen it working elsewhere. Through no fault of my own, I have only tonight to implement a standard CMS on my server. Too bad there's no mirror, try Kent University, they mirror lots of stuff, and on JANET too...

So it's been almost a month since this thread was started, and the download is still unavailable and there is still no official mirror? Or am I missing something?  I was impressed when I saw Joomla, but sitting down tonight to install it, well, I can't get hold of it can I?  Should I use s...
