Inexperienced & Needing Help... Topic is solved

OK. I have been reading tutorials for over a week now, and am lost. I am still failry new to design. I have been using Dreamweaver to create sites with. I have also grabbed the Joomla! plug-in for Dreamweaver. I cant get things to look anything like they're supposed to. 

Our current site is at http://www.fathershousegf.org.

It's very basic for the most part, but we want to try to keep the same look while making it completely dynamic with Joomla!.

If someone could help with the templating of this site, we would be eternally grateful. I am basically working on no budget for this project, so the assisting in the templating process would be so huge!
