I am trying to find a component that is either intended to list retail establishments to boycott or is close enough in purpose that it'd be a good starting point. Basically I'm looking for functionality to have users submit potential boycott locations with complete street address, business name, reason for boycott, and submit a photo of the establishment.
Those items need to go into a queue for an administrative person to be able to approve/deny/maintain/edit/update
Is anyone aware of something close to this so that I could start with an existing component?
