acces denied on dpwnload Gallery2 Bridge

when i try to download  Gallery2 Bridge HERE , I have a message "ACCESS DENIED".

I'm registred member.

What a reason?

This project was migrated from the old forge to the new. It could be that the developer still has to re-open his project e.g. make it public again.
