firefox extension or facebook app for use with joomla site Topic is solved

Hi,
if I'm in the wrong section, please tell me where to post instead. I oversee the joomla site for a start-up non-profit. We are hoping to maybe create a firefox extension or facebook app that allows users to save content to our site without actually having to go to it. But we don't really have the time or skills for it.
Is there anywhere I can post requests? Also, to be upfront, we don't have money. We can just give credit to our 20+ country audience.

Any info is appreciated.
