Very nicely done.  The site loads quickly and is very pleasing to the eye and is easy to follow.

I would make the following suggestions, though.

Personally, I don't like to see page counters so prominently displayed on the front page.  This is purely my personal preference, but it just doesn't seem professional.

All of the articles are written by "Administrator."  With this type of web site, I think displaying the author is basically unneeded.  I would turn it off in the site global settings.  I think it is OK to have the date, though.

On a number of the articles, it appears that you have simply "cut" the content from some other site, then "pasted" it into your site.  That's fine, but often the formatting (fonts, colors, line spacing) from the other site carries over to your website.  As a result, different job opening listings have different appearances.  I would think that you would want them to all look the same.  So, I generally paste from the source website into my windows notepad (or some other text only editor), then cut and paste from there over into Joomla.  That strips the formatting.  It also strips any links too, which isn't quite so nice.

For an example page, the job openings on your front page look different.  Also look here:  http://indodevjobs.net/index.php?option ... &Itemid=50

and here:  http://indodevjobs.net/index.php?option ... &Itemid=49

The forum is very narrow when you have modules in both the left and right side positions.  This is a narrow template (which is fine), but there just isn't enough room for a decent forum (especially when it gets busy).  I think that I might turn off all of the right and left side modules on the forum page (only) to give it enough width.  With your tabs at the top, people can always get back to the home page.

I hope that helps.  You have a very nice job site and I hope that is works out well for you.
