I think I found a bug in Joomla! and I want to report it, but I have problems finding out how to do so.
Is maybe the "accept bug reports" button switched off? Is there such a button? Or am I just blind?

The first option is to create a new message in the Joola 1.0.x or Joomla 1.1.x forum over here: http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/board,179.0.html. Devs are actively scanning this forum for problems. I would start with this. Once it is confirmed, I would open a bug report.
You are partly right though, I can't submit a new artefact for Joomla 1.0.x here http://developer.joomla.org/sf/tracker/ ... acker.bugs, but I can for Joomla 1.1.x and the other trackers.
