Ive been trying to reach the downlaod server for a couple of hours now and keep getting a network timeout error. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there an alternate location?

It was down last night when I went to sleep and was still down this morning about 7 hours later. I dunno if it jumped back up and then down again during that time.
