Unable to Download Joomla 1.0.13

I have been trying for a couple of days to download Joomla version 1.0.13.

It times out & I get the message

Problem Loading Page
The connection has timed out
The server at http://www.joomlacode.org is taking too long to respond.

Is it just me or is everyone having this problem? Is there somewhere else I can download Joomla from?

Yes, you are right. I experienced the same earlier today.
Currently joomlacode is working okay, so you might give it another try...
