Forum Controls Missing

Hello!

I noticed the other day that when I logged into Joomla! forums that some stuff was missing. (I've checked on two different computers too)

Usually when I log in, at the top of the page I have access to my PM inbox, as well as the ability to check threads that I've posted in and use the search bar. For some reason, this is now missing. Was this a module that was disabled or something? Or am I the only one missing it? I've disabled all my adblocks and everything, so I can't imagine that its something I turned off.

I took some screenshots, to show anyone who cares to check where this area used to be.
