Links to the translations teams need to show on the web page. Maybe under help or a button to right of Forums?

We will devise a way.
As this is a new Agreement, we are waiting for all to comply or apply and then we will make the listings.
This list of Partner Sites will show in the future Directory and help site and their urls will be available in the 1.1 interface.
We may also add them in the Language Forum.
The list for Language packs will be separated and available on the help site and Directory.
