Developer page template issue?

I was going to send somebody over to take a look at the developer content and noticed the board template seems to be having some 'issues'. May just be my machine, but I thought I'd mention.

Is this page messed up for anyone else?

Yes, in Firefox 2.0.0.12 it seems the graphic is stretching the article container, making the content flow out of the visual container background.

I'm getting the same thing in ie7
