joomla trade mark and stuff

Ok i am a domainer/ desgiener and stuff > i about making a site for joomla freelancers , like Getafreelancer.com , i am making it in this domain

http://www.joomlaserv.com

as i said i am a new domainer too so i was surfing thru some domainer sites and chat and stuff , i was talking about the domain and they warned me about trademark and stuff , so this is question to joomla admin and staff will there be any trademark issue with my domain joomlaserv.com ?

i dont want to do the whole thing and later come to know there are such issue , i want to be clear ,

and i am not selling anything at this site , its a marketplace , but there are several site like joomlajunki and others using joomla name with their domain , are they taking risk or is it allowed .

The word 'Joomla' is not free to be used as you want, so getting some approval to use the name/logo is probably a good idea. Not only that, it shows your good faith that you are here to help and not abuse the many things this community gives to you.

ok thanks , i know thats its not free to use as you said , my intention to make a marketplace for joomla , where people can post jobs and stuff , to hire people , like that things and in this there is 0 profit to me , i am talking no money for posting stuff in my site , its free of charge , its site for joomla users/ devlopers / designers for free .
