Maybe info about what Browser you use would be helpful, for me it looks good in FF 1.0.7, FF 1.5, Opera 8.5.1 and Konqueror KDE 3.5
The "Humor, Fun and Games" forum has  more than 2500 Posts, so why not build a "Humor, Fun and Games Working" Group?

From what i see in the picture I think it is template related
Did you allready try a different template?,
And did you try it on localhost, when it shows good there it you have to check your parameter live_site in the config. and compare it to how you are accessing the site

Looks liike a typical IE problem with CSS standards to me.  And template does cause IE to operate in "Quirks Mode" due to presence of the statement as first line in index.php.

I just mean it would be easier to just write it in your first post and times where 100% use IE are past maybe you didn't have realized that there are other browser out there not only IE, on my sites IE is around 50%.
