Forum RSS feed?

Sorry small question.
My portal not create in JOOMLA only I read RSSfeed news in JOOMLA. Today RSS not work.
If I go control link and go home JOOMLA page after click RSS I see this error in JOOMLA.

Warning: fopen(/home/joomla/public_html/cache/rss10_com_content&task=blogcategory&id=19&Itemid=51.xml): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/joomla/public_html/includes/feedcreator.class.php on line 711

Error creating feed file, please check write permissions.

Hello. I've been trying to figure out how to get RSS feeds from Joomla Forums into my Google Reader and I found this post. I've read it a couple of times but I'm still not certain how to do this.

I've been able to copy some of the links into Google Reader but they're only giving me some of the forums. I think what I'm missing is the available options. For example, one of the replies said to do something like this:
http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/board ... ction,.xml

My question is: how do I know what number represents each board?

You know what would be MUCH, MUCH easier? If the forums just had an RSS icon or a section where you can get the links for the various forum feeds. This seems to be a standard feature on most other discussion forums. Would it be very hard to add it here?  Please?
