Just came back to this thread while doing a search and as you can see there have clearly been some posts deleted as my two previous posts make no sense at all. Can I respectfully ask that when moderators remove posts they leave a note to say that a post has been removed or it makes subsequent posts look very odd indeed. I have no recollection what the posts are that have been removed but I am sure that there must have been a good reason.
