Delete Button

Post by leolam » Thu Sep 15, 2005 9:07 am

My understaning from the manual is that I should be able to delete my posts via a "delete" button.............

To delete a post, click the Delete button followed by OK from the Remove this message? box that appears. Some forums may also allow you to remove topics or polls that you start, but the buttons for these are usually at the bottom of the page.

I have no such button, nope and nowhere.....Is that  correct?

I think it is only for moderators/admins at this time. You aren't trying to hide anything are you? :)

You can modify your posts... but not delete.

If you want to remove a post.. modify it and edit it out.

I have modified the front end to let my users "trash" their posts. If you want the hack, let me know.
