Icons are such small things...

I have two very small and humble requests, both relating to icons....

First, would it be possible to copy this:
http://www.opensourcematters.org/images/favicon.ico

To:
http://forum.opensourcematters.org/favicon.ico

Those little icons make tabs so much more friendly in Firefox ;).

Second, the theme this forum is currently using is missing to of the newer icons.  It'd be nice if someone were willing to copy:
