Thanks Elpie, I am now trying more dramatic tactics.
For Interest. The TM Mambo is not owned By Miro in Australia and Mambo (clothing - Mambo Graphics) have vigorously defended it in the past. The only activity on the business name recently was that of a company MAMBO COMMUNITIES PTY. LTD was registered on the 10June 2005 to a VIC based company with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission but is probably not related.
However there have been multiple registrations of TM by Miro International Pty Ltd

My question to Miro is when did they decide on the current strategy? It is obvious by the evidence that it was not in response to a recent push by the core group.

(Foundation) Certain information became available that made us realise that what the dev team were telling us was in fact different to what they were planning. We had no alternative but to take control quickly once we learned what was going on.This is an obvious lie...
and the evidence points to a year of planning.
