Post ordering

I may be totally overlooking this, but how do I re-order the post in threads so that the oldest post (the very 1st post) is at the top. I want to scroll down as the new post come in.

Tired... I am not sure if that describes how some of us feel... we've been through a lot recently.. but we will get back to doing what we do soon.
