Reunion Church - A young church plant

Post by J. R. Miller » Thu Dec 07, 2006 6:09 am

My site has only been up for less than two weeks, but I thnk I have done a good job learning Joomla so far.  I am the Lead Pastor in a young Church plant.

http://www.OrtingReunion.Org

I would love to hear some ideas from you on good tools or plugins for Joomla Non-Profits.

Hello,
Nice site! I am working on a site for my youth group now. Is your template a free one or custom??

thanks, the template came from Rocket Themes http://www.rockettheme.com/.  It is a pay site, but I had ours donated by a web designer who is a member.

Make sure an post your site when it is up and running.

I just read the new template requirements so I guess I should be specific about what kind of feedback I would like.

1. Ease of navigation (finding service times, locations, etc...)
2. Curb Appeal: What impressions do you get when you first visit?  As a visitor, what kind of church would you think we are?
3. Content... is it too much, not enough, just right.  This one is really subjective, but I am open to any reasoned comments.
