Free & Open Source software developer's European Meeting

Post by akede » Mon Feb 12, 2007 4:08 pm

Hi all,

the next event which will come up is the FOSDEM in Brussels at 24th and 25th February 2007.

We will not be there with a whole booth but many of our developers are around. As far to my knowledge:
- Laurence will be there as he is the driving factor behind
- Johan will join on Sunday
- Wilco might show up for a day or so
- and plenty more.

If you like to join here is the best please to arrange your meetings.

Have fun and don't forget to tag your pictures ;-)

Hello
I would love to meet Laurent - where / how can I find him on Saturday?
We're currently building a pretty comprehensive lifestyle site in Belgium...
Thx,
Reg (from Brussels)

I won't make it, have a few people that decided this weekend was a good time to celebrate their birthday.

Hi everyone,

I am living on Brussels, really close to ULB university !
I realy enjoy Joomla! community and would like
meet some members. I plan to be there saturday
and sunday.

If somebody is looking for a place to sleep,
send me an email and I'll see what I can do.

S'il y a des québécois/québécoises à l'écoute, n'ésiter
pas à m'envoyer un courriel
  :D

Cheers !

How about we all meet around 13h in the main hall (that place with all the boots and where you get your fosdem goodies, it's been a few years since I went to fosdem but it should be quite easy to find)

If one of you would be so kind as to take some photos and write a 200-300 word report for Joomla! Weekly News I'm sure people would appreciate reading about the event.

I've took a few pictures as I'm writing these words.
I'll try to send a brief report of the event on sunday night.

Note: I'am still waiting to meet Joomla! folks ;-)
