Hi Untouchable! Thanks that you did the translation and that you do it available for the community 
We don't list separate language extensions listings in the Extensions Directory. We recommend you to contact the developer for JIM so he can include the translation in the component.
You can find the developers contact information here:

Another good idea, if you want to share your translation with the community, is to send the translation to the local Norweigan support site:
