Hey people,
I'm doing some research into both the current usage of Open Source CMS by NGOs/NPOs working in Developing Countries and whether Joomla/other Open Source CMS' are being used as revenue generation tools in the developing world - through training local people to generate revenue as freelance website developers etc...
Any thoughts/comments/anecdotes etc would be amazing,
