Review not posted for IFPortfolio

This is a copy of a post I put in the components forum.  I was told to put the part about the posting of my review here

I tried entering a review on IFPortfolio about 2 weeks ago, but it still hasn't been posted.   I'm pretty sure I entered the review correctly because the system won't let me enter another one.  My review was generally positive, but I did raise a support issue.

Maybe someone from IFportfolio will read this and step up their support.

Or maybe someone from the extension review team will read this and post my review!

Now its 3 weeks..still no review posted, still no contact from vendor...

You are right. This review of yours has been on the pending list for a while now. Sorry for the delay.

Most submitted reviews can be approved/rejected within days.
When we have doubts if a submission can be considered a review, we leave a note for the other editors to comment on.
For this particular submission, it just got stuck in the system.

Had a second view, and rejected your submission. Like you said, it was more a support request than a review.
Feel welcomed to submit a new review for this extension.
Please focus on mainly reviewing the actual extension and its pros/cons, and then you secondly could evalute how support/service has been for the extension being reviewed. Thanks

well I guess thats progress...

Its been almost a month since I wrote it, so I'm not even exactly sure what it said...

I don't remember asking a support type question.  The product is working well on my site.  I thought I was commenting on the level of support from the company, but maybe I'll try again.
