Anyone have the JUICE project for download?

Post by luxperpetua » Wed May 09, 2007 4:12 pm

On the code site (that the forge redirects to), it comes up permission denied when I try to open the project page. A search of google hasn't come up with the project.

Does anyone have this available for download, or know where I could get it?

Thanks.

Thank you very much eyezberg. I ran into the same problem than luxpertua. It's not the first project that i try to access and get the "permission denied", it's quite frustrating i must say.

Does anybody know what is happening with this extension site.

thanks again

In two/three days, all the permission denied extensions will be unpublished from the extensions directory. After several emails to the developers of those components, they haven't been replying. For us, this means that those are abandonware. If people are just late, we can assign them to their project if they want.

Tonie,

thanks a lot of the fast reply and explanation. I was starting to wonder how the guys behind Joomla! and the great organization that it is can screw up on the forge site? It did not add together.
now it all make sense.

Maybe i missed it, but it might be good to have note posted somewhere to let people know it's not you guys but the respective project dev. behind it that are sleeping. i am sure we were not the only ones

well now i know and in a couple of days it will be all good
cheers

Tonie,
once those are unpublished and if you can, would it be possible to blog this with the list so maybe interested people pick some of them up?

regards

That is exactly what we want to do. The code is open source, anybody who wants to continue developing it is more then welcome. The only thing we probably ask is that the project is renamed from the original (the same happened to several versions of Akocomment).
