Adaptive Questionaire Extention? - is their one - diagnositc tool>

I am looking to create a diagnostic tool that will ask a question to a person and depending on how it is answered or scored they will be given a differnet question. at the end they will be given a summary of their answers and very similar to a SWAT anaysis.

do you know of anything like this for joomla? ???
