I use the Submit News function at http://www.joomla.org/component/option, ... Itemid,55/
I think I have followed the right steps of submission as well as my contents are useful for Joomla community. However, it has been more than 2 days and the modorators seem not to get it published.
Can anyone advise me on above?

News submitted to joomla.org is reviewed for publication several times a day. I will shortly be updating the submissions page to include some guidelines.
In this case your submissions was reviewed, edited etc within 8 hours of you making the submission.
Unfortunately I forgot to click publish. Oops! Sorry about that. I've published it now.
