Seeking support for a Joomla event in Mallorca

Hi,

I'm seeking support to promote/organize a Joomla event in Mallorca next September. I've read a lot of topics and I think I need to talk about it with Alex (akede), but when I try to send a PM, sorry but I'm not allowed to send PMs (?). Alex , can you "activate" my account so I can send PMs? or maybe send me an e-mail.  I'm interested on Joomla!Day Charter, the rules and how can I start.
