Having visited and pored over the Developers area of Joomla, I am still at a loss as to how to find things.
1. How do I separate projects, that are listed, that have files available from those that are a "concept"?
2. Will there ever be an area that will list "Latest File Releases"?
3. Will there be any insistance for project listings to provide url to examples of their project?
4. Is there any policy as to how any project posts "News" about their particular project (new versions v. bug releases)?
