It's a mtree (commercial extension) module. AFAIK.

Mod not: moving to correct forum.

Hi Quizzey,

For the 'Featured Extension' on the frontpage of http://extensions.joomla.org the standard module 'Newsflash' is used.

This module rotate when the site is refreshed. The articles used is linked to the content in Mosets Tree component.

So if you´re looking for something like this, you already got it  ;)
