Seems a Japanese forum would be welcome!

I would be happy to create a 'Japanese Forum' area in our 'International Zone'.

However it needs to come from the Japanese Users themselves and they can do this through the sticky thread in this forum:

If you use it in all the languages
It is necessary to make the character-code UTF-8.

Multi byte character string including Japanese doesn't work at this forum.

It is mysterious that the Chinese forum works.

Japanese characters can probably work on this board.

I  guess some Japanese characters could not be used,
but almost characters could be used .
