Funny? I think they look very smart :). And I like it better than the polo's. So whenever the Joomla!shop opens I expect to see black ties with the logo :D.

Indeed!  Well done to all who have put in lots and lots of hard work!  This is quite an achievement.

Though I think a third in a row would be better called a turkey (see http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/turkey definition 5) rather than a hat trick...

Now the question is, which three awards would you classify as the triple crown?
